About the course

Safeguarding for Young Gymnastics Coaches is an interactive online course designed specifically for 14 and 15-year-old coaches to help them understand how to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment in the gym. Through engaging videos, real-life scenarios, and interactive quizzes, young coaches will learn about their role in safeguarding, the signs that something might be wrong, and how to respond appropriately if a gymnast shares a concern. The course also covers staying safe as a young coach, including professional boundaries and online safety.
